With an increase in medium density housing developments along the Nepean highway frontage and coastal strip, there is a corresponding increase in pressure for access to and facilities on the Frankston foreshore. Council is continuing to upgrade primary access points along the Seaford foreshore, such as the Seaford Life Saving Club and Keast Park. Secondary access points which service a more localised community are being upgraded as funds become available. The McCulloch Avenue entry services a large local community due to a pedestrian bridge across Kananook Creek linking into the wider Seaford / Kananook area.
